Education & Certifications
Having danced my whole life, I started as a dance major in college, performing on the folk dance teams at Brigham Young University. After injuries prevented me from dancing I switched and received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Wellness. I loved learning about the body, exploring what wellness means, and learning how to help others achieve health and wellness. I’m also a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and certified Barre instructor.
