Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼-½ tsp salt
- 1¼ tsp lemon juice
- dash of cayenne
- 1 roma tomato chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash.
- Add the garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and cayenne and mix together.
- Gently fold in the tomatoes.
Notes
Guacamole is a really flexible recipe, so if you want more or less of the seasonings that's fine! Just keep tasting it until it tastes perfect for you! For us, these are the ratios I found to be perfect!
