Cranberry Sauce
Fresh cranberry sauce might seem intimidating, but it's actually really easy! Just throw the ingredients in a small sauce pan and in 5-7 minutes you've got delicious, honey-sweetened cranberry sauce!
Ingredients
- 12 oz cranberries
- ¼ cup water
- 2-3 Tbsp orange juice
- 5-7 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- When things start to bubble and the cranberries start to pop, start mashing the cranberries with a potato masher or fork. It's up to you how chunky or not you want your sauce to be!
- When the sauce has become thick to your liking, remove from the heat.
Notes
You can add as much or little as you want of the honey, depending on how tart or sweet you want your cranberry sauce!
