Fresh cranberry sauce might seem intimidating, but it’s actually really easy! Just throw the ingredients in a small sauce pan and in 5-7 minutes you’ve got delicious, honey-sweetened cranberry sauce!
- 12 oz cranberries
- ¼ cup water
- 2-3 Tbsp orange juice
- 5-7 Tbsp honey
- Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- When things start to bubble and the cranberries start to pop, start mashing the cranberries with a potato masher or fork. It's up to you how chunky or not you want your sauce to be!
- When the sauce has become thick to your liking, remove from the heat.
