Apple Cinnamon Blender Muffins
These muffins are super quick and easy to make! Just throw the ingredients in the blender, blend until smooth, and bake away! With oats, apples, and almond butter, these muffins make for a filling and nutritious snack!
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. (If your blender isn't great, I recommend blending a few ingredients at a time)
- Pour the batter into a greased or lined muffin tin. Bake for 25-27 minutes.
