Very Cherry Smoothie
- 2 large handfuls spinach
- 1 banana frozen for extra creaminess
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ½ cups frozen cherries
- 2 large spoonfuls plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax meal
- water about 1 ½ cups
- Blend everything together until smooth. Enjoy!
