  • Resistance band (optional)
  • Dumbbells or kettlebells

Circuit 1

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 20 weighted squats
  • 40 jumping jacks
  • 20 victory lunges (R)
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 20 victory lunges (L)
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 10 weighted squats
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 victory lunges, each side

Circuit 2

  • 50 high knees
  • 20 side leg lifts (R)
  • 40 high knees
  • 20 side leg lifts (L)
  • 30 high knees
  • 20 hip bridges
  • 20 high knees
  • 10 side leg lifts, each side
  • 10 high knees
  • 10 hip bridges

Circuit 3

  • 50 pop squats
  • 20 side to side squats
  • 40 pop squats
  • 20 clam shells (R)
  • 30 pop squats
  • 20 clam shells (L)
  • 20 pop squats
  • 10 side to side squats
  • 10 pop squats
  • 10 clam shells, each side
